God is my help, and I am healed.

"God is my help in every need." This truly says it all, doesn't it? Regardless of what you are experiencing right now, dear friend, God is your help. God is your strength, your peace, your inspiration. God is the love that envelops you and the light that heals you.

If you are facing a health challenge, remind yourself of this truth throughout the day. See yourself as God's child---healthy, happy, and radiant. Know that God is your help in every need.

If you want greater strength and energy, remember that God is your help. God works within you as a current of healing light, a radiant beam of strengthening, sustaining power.

God's powerful healing light blazes within every cell, tissue, and organ of your body as new life and vitality. As you begin each day aware of the healing light of God, you will feel healthier, freer, and stronger. You will have an inner confidence that helps you heal more quickly and easily.

If you need guidance concerning your health, rest assured that God is your help in this area also. God lights your path and reveals the answers to the questions of your heart.

For instance, if you should have misgivings about a doctor or treatment, release your concern to God. Know that God guides you. As you pray and become attuned to the guiding light of God, you will know which path to take. You will be directed in ways that will help you experience health and wholeness. Divine light is working within you, your doctors, and those who care for you, helping each of you do what is right and healthy for you.

Prayer enables you to realize the true scope of God's healing light and of the help that is available to you. In prayer, feel divine light as an energy and a radiance that fills your entire being---a light that is more powerful than any condition you are experiencing.

Prayer also brings you peace of mind about your healing. It fills you with a peace that assures you that all is well--a peace that helps you know that the scope of God's healing light is unlimited and that it is now renewing and revitalizing you and everyone you care about.

Each time you begin to pray, take a deep breath and fill your lungs with divine energy. As you do, know that you are stronger, more relaxed, more confident. Your thoughts are clearer and more positive. Be assured that God's healing light is working within every atom, cell, tissue, and organ of your body and that every need for healing is now being met through this powerful, renewing light within you.

God is helping you now. Rest for a moment in prayer and think about this truth. See yourself as the healthy, happy, radiant child of God you were created to be.
