Trust God to be the strength in all your battles

David was a shepherd . He took care of his father's sheep . One day his father sent him to check on his brothers. They were fighting in King Saul's army When David got to the battle his brothers told him about goliath. Goliath was a giant. The enemy had sent Goliath to fight them , but no one was brave enough to fight him. but David was not afraid. He knew God was with him. The soldiers laughed at David and said he was too young , but David went to fight Goliath anyway. David faced Goliath with a slingshot and five stones. Goliath made fun of David , but not for long . David hurled one stone that knocked the giant down. Thus King Saul's army won a great battle because David trusted God.
